Each block is one term of 13 weeks

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Three GCSEs (Mathematics, English, Physics/Science grade C & above)
or overseas equivalent with IELTS 5 or BTEC level 2 Diploma (Electronics) Merit

OVERSEAS STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE
This course fully meets new requirements for UKBA Certificate of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) if you supply copies of your previous certificates, your CV, your IELTS tests score and copy of your passport, and if you are accepted for enrolment.
Training involves a high percentage of HANDS-ON CONSTRUCTION and PRACTICAL WORK.
The course contains considerable practical work involving scientific apparatus, breadboards, components and test equipment (scopes, signal generators, multimeters etc) will be carried out to complement the underpinning theoretical knowledge and skills.
Assessment is continuous and based on formal assignments with direct practical application plus a construction project marked both in college and externally.
