A highly practical, introductory course with a wide ranging background in underpinning knowledge and skills, aiming at craft-level operators and junior technicians employed in general electrical and electronics engineering. Also leads to Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma courses.
Confident students will also be encouraged to take the FUNCTIONAL SKILLS units, including INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
